Hi friends, and welcome to October! How are we here already?! This does happen to be one of my favorite times of the year living in New England.

This season is extra special this year as we are doing something very unique here at Beautycounter. Our team is hoping to sponsor 1,000 clean beauty pouches in the month of October.

Yes, you read correctly, this month, our team is asking you to help us donate 1,000 pouches to different organizations across the US and Canada. What are in the pouches, you ask? Clean beauty, of course! Each pouch that is sponsored will be filed with 2-3 Beautycounter products. Some of these items might include hand cream, lip balm, body lotion, body wash, unscented body oil and lip gloss. Each pouch will also include a note of love and encouragement from each sponsor, a copy of our Never List, all sealed with love. Our Never List is a list of ingredients we would NEVER allow in our products.

Why are we doing this? Many reasons, but the main one is to give back and recognize those men and women going through breast cancer (or any cancer!). It’s also to help educate about the importance of clean and safe beauty. When you know better you want to do better! Cleaning out your personal care products can be fun. We are doing this to make you feel beautiful inside and out, and to honor each warrior that is going through cancer treatments.

I would love for you to help us. If you feel compelled to give back with me, you can! I am collecting donations this month. To sponsor one pouch is approximately $50, the money will be put towards the clean beauty products and pouches. I will also write your name on the note included. All my pouches will be donated to cancer patients at the NORMA PFRIEM BREAST CENTER in Fairfield County, CT towards the end of October. I have other team members donating to local organizations all around the country including California, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, and Colorado!
