Happy November, everyone! How did we get here so quickly? I swear, as soon as we get to Halloween, it is like a fast track of crazy holiday schedules for all of us.

I wanted to share a few things that I am loving right now that might also help us survive the holiday chaos. These are in no particular order:

Facial Massaging Beauty Roller

Have you heard about the odd-looking beauty wand that everyone is obsessed with, including me? Nurse Jamie’s Uplift Facial Massaging Beauty Roller is all the rage in Hollywood and in my house too. When I am trying to “debloat” my face, this is my helper. I use this as much as I can to instantly lift my face, and get the toxins out from my face. The roller comes in black now too for all the dudes in your life, but my favorite is the original, purple one. And yes, you might even see me driving around town using this tool on my face in my car. I’m a girl on the go who likes to de-puff!

Celery Juice

My celery juice game is strong these days, and it needs to get stronger. This all came about because of a health and wellness guru known as Medical Medium, which we should all follow on Instagram. His “mono” celery juice is full of nutrients, and we are meant to drink it pure, fresh, and on an empty stomach. The Medical Medium calls the celery juice a miracle juice. I recommend following him for all his amazing tips, and to find out why he’s causing celery to sell out in grocery stores across America. NO JOKE!
(Hint: his new book “Liver Rescue” just came out, could make a great gift for me! 🙂 )

Infrared Sauna

I wish I could win the lottery so that I have an infrared sauna in my very own home, but the next best thing is having one close by. (Thank you to Inner Light Wellness X The Stand collaboration in Fairfield County, CT for a genius collaboration!) There are so many benefits to the infrared sauna, but this is what I love the most about my time in the sauna: glowing skin, reducing inflammation, boosting my mood, and having an overall sense of relaxation. I recommend you find an infrared sauna near you—you will be obsessed too. Self care is my new mantra.

Dudley Stephens Turtlenecks

Life is better with Dudley Stephens cozy turtlenecks. The only issue is, you won’t want to take them off, and you won’t want to wear anything else! I am obsessed with my new “mom uniform”.  They also make them for little girls too.
